Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy
"Working with Leela has been a deeply healing experience for me. Her intuitive and generous approach allows you to relax and release into the areas of your body that are in need of nurturing energy. With a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, she incorporates mindfulness practices into her process and is able to meet you in the moment and help you move toward wellness in body, mind, and heart." - T., client
Book an integrative bodywork session if you'd like to feel more:
*grounded, at ease, and centered
*relaxed, less stressed, and more peaceful
*more connected to your self, emotions, body, and wholeness
*energetically, physically, and emotionally settled and clear
*able to interface with the daily stress of life in a more easeful way
*less tension, pain, and mobility issues in your body
I approach bodywork and massage therapy from a holistic and integrative perspective - meaning that when I work with the body, I am also working with the energetic, mental, and emotional field. I approach bodywork as an integrative tool that helps to promote greater harmony, connection to self, and the release of old patterns and stuck energy in the body.
My work weaves together a blend of modalities, and is often described as gentle, supportive, soothing, intuitive, oceanic, skillful, safe, pleasurable, and embodied. I have trainings in a variety of techniques, but most commonly I draw from swedish massage, myofascia release, energy work, thai yoga massage, abdominal massage, and positional therapy.
My office is located on Western Ave in Brattleboro, Vermont.
