Integrative Healing Sessions
Offering in-person sessions in Brattleboro Vermont, or online through virtual sessions.
I created these sessions as a way to offer an integrative healing space that addresses the body, mind, and spirit, and to offer tools, guidance and expertise to collaborate with and support folks on their healing journeys.
If you are ready to release old stories and patterns, create new ways of relating to yourself and your healing, activate your intuition and creativity, and release stress, anxiety, and trauma while creating deeper self knowing and awareness, these sessions might be for you!
I bring together my expertise and experience as a bodyworker, somatic counselor, and yoga/movement teacher to create a supportive, trauma-informed, and transformative container for you to explore your own healing. I work from a trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, pleasure-centered, queer, social justice lens that recognizes that healing work is liberation work.
What to expect:
- a supportive, empathetic, and therapeutic environment
- parts work (also referred to as internal family systems)
- somatic integration tools (movement therapy, somatics, EFT tapping, yoga, breath work)
- biodynamic energy work / bodywork
In these sessions, we spend time exploring your process through parts work (also known as Internal Family Systems) and somatic integration tools. The session may end with some biodynamic energy work as a way to integrate the material explored during the session.
These integrative healing sessions are for you if:
- You are on your healing path and you want to go deeper
- You want more of an embodied approach to psychotherapy and counseling
- You are ready to release old stories and patterns and create new ways of relating to yourself and your path
-You are (or have a suspicion you might be) highly sensitive, intuitive, or identity as an empath
