Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is done fully clothed on a floor mat (can be modified for the table) and uses gentle stretching, rocking, compression, joint mobilization, and energy balancing. Thai Massage is like getting yoga done to you and leaves you feeling relaxed and energized.
My approach to Thai Massage is gentle & integrative. I draw on both my training in Thai Massage, and my experience as a yoga therapist to provide a nourishing and supportive experience for the body, mind, and spirit.
Thai Massage is great for yogis, athletes, meditators, movers, and shakers!
*If you have a very specific injury you are working with, especially as relates to neck & shoulders, I recommend Holistic Bodywork instead of Thai Yoga Massage.
