As a long time embodiment practitioner, I am a big advocate for embodied healing, and love to offer skills and tools that help to deepen and enhance peoples relationships to themselves, others, and the world around them.
At the root of my work is the belief that deep attunement to our bodies, our stories, and our magic is a liberation practice, a pleasure practice, a practice in re-claiming sovereignty and re-Membering belonging. I am rooted in a compassionate, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practice that is gender affirming, anti-racist, and anti-capitalist. My sessions, classes, and events are friendly towards queer and trans folks, witches, people practicing ENM & polyamory, sex workers, and neurodivergence. |
Some things about me:
* My own healing journey led me down this path of somatic therapy
* I identify as a white, queer femme of European descent
* I taught yoga for almost a decade and studied as a yoga therapist
* Entheogens have been a big part of my healing journey
* I worked as an integrative bodyworker in private practice for 7 years
* I put a podcast called Mutable Magick which weaves together astrology, tarot, and embodied healing to bring you full moon and new moon readings.
* I dabble in creating ritual performances, as well as burlesque and clowning
* I'm very introverted and crave solitude often
* I love to dance (contact improv, ecstatic dance, & good ol'fashioned clubbing)
* Did I mention clowning?
* I prefer the woods, mountains, rivers, and lakes
