Brattleboro Queer & Trans Contact Improv and Somatic Movement Jam
Sunday December 15th
2pm-4pm
This is a liberatory dance space for queer and trans movers. A space to practice contact improvisation, somatic/dance movement, and embodiment.
Each Jam includes an opening circle, guided warm-up, open jamming, and closing circle.
This jam happens once a month at the Heart Rose Club in Brattleboro Vermont and is co-facilitated by me, Em Megas Russell and Ky Aldrich.

In this class, you will be guided through gentle somatic practices to support nervous system health and self-connection.
